We meticulously renovated the 1870’s brick textile mill to preserve its authentic industrial history while offering exceptional modern amenities, and designed the new building with similar features. The 900-2600 square foot artist lofts feature an open floor plan with exposed brick, soaring 15-20? ceilings, floating staircases, sweeping windows and dark stained wood floors.

We also created communal seating areas where in-house artists can showcase their work, for a live/work space providing unparalleled inspiration for the working artist. The combination of modern fixtures and hardware with reclaimed brick, wood floors, natural light, and sweeping views create a perfect marriage of old and new.
