To engage this creative, young, yet upscale clientele, we designed a clubhouse, a fitness center, as well as modern, urban style luxury residences. Dimmed lighting, textured stone flooring, dramatic wooden arches and full length windows were used for the clubhouse interior, which functions as a popular meeting and party spot for tenants. The front entrance of the building features a wood beam ceiling in a geometric abstract pattern and a light finish wooden floor for an airy and modern, yet natural and grounded vibe.
